Really comfortable and spacious double bed. Exceptional staff on reception, including Paco and in the restaurant for the servers for breakfast. Room cleaning service was very efficient and thorough. The location was 20 minutes from city centre. Very safe to walk at night.

Lovely hotel in the City Centre, nice gym and sauna facilities, only problem was the jacuzzi was freezing. Would recommend the hotel; and I will return next year.

We were able to check in early & we’re also upgraded for free. Nice terrace on the 7th floor Bed exceptionally comfortable. Free drinks in the mini-bar!

We arrived at the location and the staff we lovely and welcoming, the room was much lager than what it looked like in the pictures. When we arrived in the room there was fantastic Carrot cake and beautiful card waiting for us to welcome us for valentines day weekend. The spa was a huge bonus.
