Apartment Hotel Overview

A 4-minute walk from Cala Mayor Beach, the Hotel Lis is set in Palma de Mallorca, a 5-minute drive from Palma Port. It features a shared outdoor swimming pool and a roof terrace with sea view.

Great location, plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely beach nearby. Only 10 euro ten minute taxi ride to the centre of Palma. Simple but clean accommodation. Very friendly staff.

Staff were wonderful, gave us some free beer and water. Good location, near to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Room was nice, with balcony. The place also has a pool!

Quirky, comfortable, very friendly and kind staff. Coffee , water, glass of wine and beer available all the time for free! Our airport taxi was after checkout so gave us a room to shower after the beach and leave our bags. Close to 2 beaches, bus to Palma, supermarket and good cafes -Scratch does good tapas, Sodapop amazing goats cheese open sandwich platter. Would certainly stay there again.

Very friendly staff, property was very clean and in good condition, freshly painted and they have made a good job catering to all guests needs, however it is dated ( kitchen's in the room) we were told they are new owners who are going to be refurbishing the property this will make a big differnce and I will look forward to retruning and seeing the improvements.
