The hotel is in a really good location with easy access through a public park to the Marina. The reception and restaurant area is lovely with a plunge pool (& resident duck) next to the ground floor lounge area. Staff were warm & welcoming. The room was fine, the bathroom was well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. However, the bedroom area didn't match the rest of the hotel with chipwood walls, which had no soundproofing from neighbouring rooms and looked as if it needed a bit more of an uplift. The rooftop sun terrace was lovely. However, the plunge pool was closed for maintenance (not notified of this), which put a dampener on our stay.

Very friendly hotel staff, very clean and comfortable large rooms with terrace; loved the rooftop terrace with views over the marina; excellent breakfast included each day! Loved the lounge/lobby area for a nightcap from the little hotel bar. A really good hotel!

Although the breakfast is every day the same, it is a good breakfast. The room is clean. There is a roof terrace which is very nice, with a wonderful view.

The stuff was very wellcoming. It looks very good, clean and comfy bed. It has a good location, 5min by walk to the bus station.

The staff was really amazing. They made everything they could to make our stay as positive as possible. The rooms were very clean and the everyday cleaning staff made a great work. In the room there was different colours of the towel sets which made it pretty easy for us to keep track of our personal one. This was a nice touch. When we arrived they surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne. And when the restaurant was closed and I stayed the night they even made me a sandwich which was amazing.
