Friendly staff, high-level service. Very clean room and bathroom. The room was cleaned daily, water carafes were replenished, and dirty dishes (cups/glasses) were replaced with clean ones. The room had everything necessary, along with many small details that made the stay comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in Palma. Definitely a luxury experience. Had a great local jewellery collection too. Breakfast items can be individually priced so great if you are in a hurry and just want to grab a croissant (as we were).

We had the suite with a private terrace which was lovely to sit out on and enjoy the fresh air. Our bed was comfy and the staff were super sweet and helpful. A welcome cocktail upon arrival was a lovely touch. Lovely and quiet after two nights in old town Palma. Walking distance to the Castle and to BRUTUS, a great Italian restaurant!

The staff were very friendly. we had a welcome drink on arrival and we loved the pool. It was small but was just the trick for cooling down after walking back from our various outings.

That it was very peaceful, lovely staff offering to help and the location was amazing for easy access to palma without being in the madness of the centre. Super close- 2min- to Castell de Bellver where you can go exercise or see the stunning city views. Gorgeous place!

Totally fantastic hotel, beautiful old building, little haven in Palma. Great room with lovely private terrace. Quiet, cool pool area. Breakfast was good. All the staff were friendly, helpful and lovely, thanks to Marina and Miguel.
