The location is easy and convenient to find, the train station and the center are nearby. The room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom is spacious. Enough windows for fresh air in both rooms. We would choose to stay again.

This is a lovely hotel offering great value for money. The rooms are clean, moderately spacious, and well-maintained, each featuring a small refrigerator for added convenience. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly, and since the reception appears to be open all night, a spontaneous check-in after 1 AM was handled effortlessly. Additionally, the hotel provides a secure luggage storage facility. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport via the A1 line, which takes just 30 minutes. The main bus station is only a 8-minute walk away. The beach is also within reach, with a pleasant 30-minute walk through the city center, passing by the iconic cathedral. I will gladly stay in this hotel next time.

When I tried to find a decent and central hotel for a fair price in Palma there were not many options, so I took this room in spite of the relatively high cost and lower rating. But fortunately I got a free upgrade and had a much larger room with a superb rooftop terrace instead. Big PLUS! It is a short distance away from the Soller train, bus station, airport bus, etc.

The staff were helpful. They provided a good map. Provided place to leave luggage after checked out. Directed us to area about 2/3 streets away with lots of outdoor restaurants - away from busy tourist area.
