We got the premium room all was new , clean the only thing could have a coffee station.

It is 3 srar hotel. Nice 3 star. We had spacious room, quite and clean. Bathroom was excellent. Bed was nice. We didn't eat breakfast but had a coffee from the honesty bar and it was nice one too. It is just a bit of walk from the old town centre, as expected when I looked at the map before booking. I recommend it for someone who needs a clean room to stay in Palma.

We only stayed one night for which it was perfect as it is in a central location, a lot of restaurant nearby and walking distance to the old city. Hotel room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfy with no noise from the outside audible.
