Everything was absolutely perfect! Most helpful staff, the room was very nice furnished, very clean and comfortable. Location - great to visit Palma, near train station (perfect if you want to visit the island) and bus to the airport.

Close to the historical center, quite at nights. very nice staff, cleaning very good and according to my wishes (NO perfume after the cleaning).

Actually, I didn’t spend so much time in the room but the stay was fine! Great location close to many choices of bars and restaurants and also near to the centre!

Newly refurbished room (5th floor). A great improvement. Now with three power points by the desk. Before the refurbishment there was no power point near the desk which meant working on laptop difficult. This is a fantastic hotel for people like me on a budget.

The staff at the reception are the kindest and polite people I have ever met. Always at hand to help in every way. The cleanliness of the rooms and bedding were first class. Spotless that is the right word. I will make some more bookings with this hotel and please thank them on my behalf.

Clean, very comfortable beds. Great value with good breakfast option. Staff very friendly and had everything really for a budget hotel.

Everything was really great. To be honest I think this hotel deserve more stars. Cleaning ladies did a wonderful job every second day clean room and towels (if you want every day it is manageable). Bathroom is equipped with working hair dryer, also clean, neat. Hotel is near center only 20min walk, main bus station 10min walk... colloseum 4min... enjoy it! Everyone are so nice and kind and helpful. Also recomendations to have a nice lunch or dinner in restaurant, they have great menu of the day and different ever day for great price.

- Small but nice room, good for a short stay. - It has its own parking, which is great because it's almost impossible to find a place on the street.

Everything! Walking distance to the bus and metro stations, comfortable room, very good breakfast, there is even a small gym!
