The location of this hotel is excellent, a short walk to everything you want to see and do, bars and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was spotless, communal areas are very welcoming. Comfy beds.

Beds very good and reception / bar staff very good! Hotel room not as functional as it should be and not the largest of rooms for 2 sharing. You had to get towels for the spa from reception not the spa itself - odd?! Woken a few times as room next to lifts and staff cleaning outside our window at 7.00am??

The facilities are amazing, the outdoor pool and indoor spa area are fantastic. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind and cheerful and made us feel well taken care of. The hotel was quite big with lots of guests, but the room felt nice and quiet. It was very tidy and had everything we could need, including a massive 1.80m bed. The lobby bar serves coffee that's quite good and the breakfast is exceptional — there's, salmon, healthy seeds, and a wide variety of healthy and just-prepared food options, or even prosecco if that's what you're after. The spa was amazing — it was adults only, with a big pool and a jacuzzi that was also quite big, a sauna and a steam bath and a bunch of very comfortable beds (all included in the price of the rooms). Location-wise, the hotel is really easy to get to and is close to lots of nice places for food and coffee. The city centre is within walking distance which is quite nice and the airport bus stop is 5 minutes away. There were a few restaurants that were quite nice around the hotel, but we didn't try the one inside which also seemed quite interesting. The rooftop pool and sky bar also seemed quite cool although we were visiting in March so it was still cold and it was closed.

The rooms were spacious, great showers and the facilities were exceptional - free drinks in mini bar!! The spa was amazing - a city centre hotel with a spa as good as this is rate. And the location was fantastic.

The hotel is located centrally with only a short walk to the palace. The room was very spacious and was very clean.
