The staff, Alexander, Paul and Anna, were fantastic and could not have been more helpful and friendly. The apartment was tastefully decorated to a high standard and super comfortable. Although it was near an abundance of bars and restaurants, it was very well sound-proofed and we were never disturbed during our stay. As we had an 8 month old baby with us, this was really important to us! Travelling into Palma old town was really easy as there is an inexpensive and regular bus service just outside the hotel, so we had the advantage of a beach location and easy access to the town for sight-seeing. Perfect!

The apartment was right next to the beach. The host was very friendly and helped with all we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable. Enough kitchen stuff to make breakfast or some cooking right in the apartment. We were looking for the place for 3 people and most of the time the 3rd place to sleep is not comfortable, but not this time (although the bed creaked). We also had 3 keys to the room, which was very useful, since we wanted to walk around separately and this way we could do it. Just next to the apartment were some supermarkets and restaurants, so it was not a problem to cook something or eat out. Also the nice and clean beach is just 10min away from the apartment.

Receptionists Paul, Alex and Ana were the most welcoming and warm people. They really made our stay extra special. The location is perfect, the room has everything you could need and they were super clean and modern. We were sad to leave the hotel, but even more sad to say goodbye to Paul. Thank you from Sandra & Robert :)

It was our first time in Spain, we chose Tortuga de Mar and it exceeded my expectations. Friendly and helpful staff (especially Paul who we had the pleasure of talking to the longest), clean, air-conditioned and well-equipped rooms - ours had a balcony and sea view. Interesting area, lots of local bars and restaurants nearby, bus stops, 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and of course the long beach which is literally opposite the hotel. Definitely 11/10

very clean well appointed apartment with kitchen including coffee machine. our reception staff Paul then Alex were superb, very friendly and helpful in all aspects. it was well located near the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.
