A wonderful hotel, the staff are genuinely pleased to help. It was a five star hotel, we only stayed for two nights but would love to return at some point. The location was great and we had fabulous views of the sea the roof terrace is beautiful.

Exceptional breakfast service and variety. Housekeeping , reception and all staff excellent. Rooftop really nice, closes early. Easy walk into centre of city. Very close to cathedral. Easy access from airport.

Everything at Es Princep was perfect. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, the entire hotel was impeccably clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Our afternoons on the rooftop were truly unforgettable, as we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets over Palma. A highly recommended experience.
