Good vibes in the hostel, I felt safe in my bed with the wooden structure around me, safe place to store things, clean toilets and showers, great location I definitely recommend this place, it has everything you need! the kitchen is cleaned and you find what you need. you can leave your luggage after you leave for the day. best option close to center

Everything you’d expect for a quality hostel - Excellent location in central Palma. Welcoming staff and reasonable check in/out times. Clean/tidy and quiet dorm rooms. Dorm beds equipped with essentials such as personal locker, socket and USB charging ports, night light and curtain

The best place where I was staying, and this is not about personal and rooms in time of my reservation(everything was perfect, open minded personal, perfect people. a lot of save place for yourself, cleaning everywhere, save bags in the room, save girls room - PERFECT) This is the best place because when I was saying that I have plane only in 19 in the evening no one was say to me that I can spend this time everywhere in the city where I want. Every one was remember my face when my time in this hostel was finished. And this amazing people was thinking about me, my bag, about shower for me and free time in the kitchen for rest. I don’t need to walking around the city when I was tired. It was amazing that no one pretends that they don't know you or that you don't exist because you don't live in a hotel anymore. Perfect people. I’m very thankful.

Everything, it’s really easy to feel at home there. Kind staff, kind guests, you can see the staff cleaning the showers and toilets several times a day. The location is great and there is a wonderful piano in the common room! There’s also a very nice coffee shop by the corner. I will definitely come back!

Amazing helpful staff. Location in the old town is unbeatable.It's been 30 years since I stayed in a hostel, but I found it to be quiet and clean. Great option if travelling on a budget.

Great location, good value, nice and quiet (except some guests), locker service, nice relax area. Comfortable little cubicle. I will return ☺️
