The fine print
Please note that at least one guest in the party should be 30 years old or more to check-in.
It is mandatory to provide the Passport or ID identification of all guests of the reservation to Cozy Mallorca at least 14 days prior to check in date.
This house allows a maximum of two pets. You must previously request authorization from the property. Pets are not allowed to be alone inside the house. You have to leave them in the garden. There is an additional cost of 50 euros per pet stay.
Please note that noises are not allowed after 23:00 until 10:00. This includes shouting, playing loud music and talking loudly which can disturbs the neighbours in the house, garder or pool area. This restriction also applies to noises in the street in front of the house that might wake up the neighbours.
The penalty to wake up neighbours is 150 EUR which will be deducted from the deposit.
Extra guests are not allowed to stay overnight if they are not listed in the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in full deposit of 300 EUR and cancellation of reservation without any refund.
Swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 22:00.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The house itself was beautiful, very comfortable for 6 people with a beautiful terrace and a lot of extra amenities provided by the hostess (extra towels, sea equipment & shampoos etc).

What a lovely host! Mireya is really wonderful, she was so friendly and helping out with everything. She even let us borrow her car for a bit. The location is a bit outside of Palma located in a residential area, but there’s a bus stop close by that will bring you to the center of Palma.

Cozy Mallorca is great!! We had the bottom apartment which has everything you need. The hostess is excellent! nothing is too much for her! We had a breakdown with our Harley-Davidson on Sunday and had to go to the boat early the following Monday morning. She went out of her way to help us! I eventually got the Harley-Davidson running again but her help was great! We were allowed to borrow her car ourselves if we wanted 🥰
