the roof top pool was neat and tidy. not a very big pool. breakfast was very good. location was near the shops and only a short walk to the port.

The breakfast was memorable. Our Junior Suite (No 7) had a balcony surrounded by a tiled roof. Very impressive. The room itself was satisfactory. The hotel's biggest asset was the front of house staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Friendly and professional.

Fantastic location, well appointed rooms with luxury feel, charming building (old convent), wonderful roof terrace with pool. pool area is big enough to get a sun bed most of the time, especially if you go there by noon. Nice secluded spot.

The staff from time of arrival to me leaving for the airport were so friendly, helpful and professional. Anything I asked for they were able to help me with and they were friendly and smiley. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town and also walking distance from most of the key spots. The breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of fruits, pastries and also perfectly cooked eggs. The rooftop pool is the perfect place to take a break, sunbathe and relax.

A beautiful renovation of an old convent building. Sympathetic yet modern and stylish. Rooms are well appointed. Marc Fosh Michelin starred restaurant on site. Fabulous breakfast. Really helpful and friendly staff

A delightful hotel which used to be a monastic institution where monks trained prior to taking the gospel around the world. The conversion to a hotel has been done most sympathetically with the original building. The knowledgeable staff were always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. The delicious breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever been given. It is in a good position to explore Palma City Centre which is in easy walking distance.

Convenient to the old town. Really nice Michelin star restaurant. Juan is a wonderful manager and really knows how to make guests feel important. I loved the fact that there is a church attached to the hotel. They give you a beautiful room to change and shower in.
