Absolutely phenomenal view. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Easy access to the street with a lot of restaurants along the way to the centre of town when walking.

I like the overlooking view of the city Palma and the Cathedral. Its near the market and city.

Breakfast is incredible, so much to taste, also typical mallorquin. The view from the terrace where you can have a drink is beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The walk from the hotel to the city centre is not too long and it's at the harbour. The bus station is near the hotel.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - we have been put in a sea-facing suite and the view was absolutely amazing. Housecleaning was also super on it and it was very nice to go back to a nice, tidy room every evening. We had a wonderful Christmas trip and the hotel really exceed our expectations!

There was a problem with smoking in the hall outside our original room and we were kindly offered a new room which was simply lovely. Unexpected and much appreciated. Staff so helpful in recommending an excellent place to eat, ordering taxis, can't recommend enough actually.
