The staff at the reception was very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself has a convenient location close to the beaches and bus stops. The breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty. The pool, although not heated, was clean and well maintained. Finally, the room was quite small but also clean and tidy.

Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate. We had breakfast once in hotel, at €14 per head it wasn’t a very nice expensive , food was luck warm, and not very tasty. My room was fine except I had a view of bins from my window. Asked for late check out which cost €40, after spending a week there.

I like that there is a clean room for you to shower and change separately if you arrive early or have a flight later than check out time. Although it's a bit odd for the shower and changing area to be the same place for general luggage storage.

Beautiful surroundings.. Good size bedroom, super clean, lovely staff who maintain the rooms and quality bed. Easy access to the beach - 10 mins walk, Cala Major, white beach and blue sea. 10 minutes by transit-bus Palmanova .. Good variety of selection of food - breakfast. The staff’s are friendly and polite. Good knowledge of their surroundings - thank you to Franzie and Sol who has patiently gave us tips to where we should be visiting as we are on a short visit and Pedro the transit guy. 25-30 minutes to Palma centre, and the bus is just 5 minutes walk.. Highly recommended. Thank you.

This isn’t my first time at the property, it was very pleasant as always and they made a really nice effort to give me a nice room on the 7th floor. - clean hotel usually - lots of space to chill - close bus stop - lots of shops near by - nice modern vibe - away from the touristy party people - easy check in - they also provide a fresh clean duvet in the cupboard -friendly -amazing food - easy check out

The breakfast is great. Loads of options, but sometimes you can see some line for the pancake or/and fried eggs or omelette. The time for lunch is too short on my view (1-2:30pm), but you still have snack options until 6pm near the pool. On the all inclusive option, the beer is great, but the drinks quality are horrible. Wines are decent option as well. For the time of the year (October), the pool was a little too cold for my taste, but very clean.

Lovely hotel, a really good all inclusive option as the food is really good quality with plenty of options. Lots of open space and a good atmosphere.
