From first impressions of the stunning architecture and decor to the warm welcome from the reception this hotel did not disappoint in any way . We have rarely encountered such professional and engaging staff who all contributed to make our stay a pleasure . The in house restaurant serves a great breakfast and an exceptionally good evening meal with outstanding service. The rooms are immaculately clean and well furnished with lovely linens and very comfortable bed . Definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and would highly recommend staying here

Everything. Every single person on the staff is helpful, polite and really cares about giving guests the best experience. From the receptionists to the cleaning staff, each and every single one was amazing.

Such a beautiful hotel! The staff were so lovely and helpful and they couldn’t do anymore for us! The hotel is really beautiful in a perfect location in a quiet lane but a short walk to the main area! They upgraded us to a bigger room and made my birthday very special! I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore and Would definitely stay here again!

I have never encountered such nice staff in my life. They were so helpful to even park our car when we couldnt find the parking lot. They managed all of the restaurants reservations and had the best tips. The hotel itself is newly renovated and everything is nice and very much like the pictures.

The location is excellent. In a quiet area yet within a short walk from the centre. The air conditioning in the room is silent and more efficient than any AC I have ever experienced. The staff are exceptional. I had my wallet stolen whilst out walking on the first day, there does seem to be more crime in Mallorca, post covid. The reception staff were so helpful and all my cards were cancelled and new ones ordered in no time at all. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, truly outstanding. We loved the roof terrace and plunge pool and having the option to order food and drinks in the evening up there, was perfect.
