Very nice beach, great location, very friendly people. I was upgraded for free, and there was a great breakfast, beach towels to rent, Nespresso coffee capsules and water in the room supplied daily. I enjoyed my short stay very much.

I had more expectations from a 4 stars hotel. Even if a booked a sea view room it was partly sea view only, I wouldn’t even call it a sea view room. They have the smallest elevator I’ve ever seen (for max 2 people). The room was not clean (hair on the floor both bathroom and room, glass stains in the bathroom) the light from the hall coming inside the room from under the door, 0 noise isolation - I could hear everything the neighbours were talking (note: talking!!!) and of course all the noise from the hall. Very old hotel which needs imediat upgrade because it doesn’t meet at all the requirements of a 4 stars hotel. Everything is old.

Very nice breakfast, location next to clean sandy beach. Staff offered sea view room instead of booked regular room. Clean room, comfy beds.

Although the poorer relation of the two other Be Live hotels in Cala Major, it was well priced, good rooms, helpful staff and a lovely breakfast.

We had a lovely stay, the view from our room was amazing, the room was pretty standard but was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is looking a little tired but the entrance is beautiful. We were on the sixth floor which seemed a little tired but was still clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was everything you could ask for, so much choice, lovely bright and clean room too. The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. The location was perfect, the beach was literally less than a minute away by foot. There’s some shops around the corner and the bus service is easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

The warm welcome. The free bottle of large water upon arrival. The smiling and friendly staff. 2 minute walk to the beach. My room. The balcony. The sea view. The gym. Breakfast. Everything.
