Guest houses Overview

Apuntadores 8 has a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. It is situated in Palma de Mallorca’s old quarter, just 50 metres from Plaza de la Reina Square and Paseo del Born Avenue.
Rooms at Apuntadores 8 are designed in a simple style. Some have small balconies overlooking the lively street below.
There is a small café serving breakfast and snacks. Guests can enjoy city and views from the rooftop terrace.
The Apuntadores is within 5 minutes’ walk of Palma’s main attractions, including La Lotja and the Seu Cathedral. There is a bus stop at Plaza de la Reina Square with regular services within the city, to the beaches and the rest of the island. Playa Cala Major Beach is about 10 minutes’ drive away.

This apartment features air conditioning. Please note this room cannot be accessed by elevator . Our newly refurbished and exquisitely decorated rooms, accessible by stairs, are located on the first and third floors of the adjacent historic building. Our Loft is ideal for long stays; it consists of a living room with a table, and sofa bed, and a large bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. The Loft is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, a fridge, a television per room, and a safe. The bathroom has a shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and shower gel. There is the possibility of adding a cot for children under 2 years old (on request and availability).

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The rooms are large and nicely furnished.

We had a very warm welcome, free bottle of water was very nice as we arrived late at night. The location is amazing, 1 minute walk from the taxi/bus stop. The hotel is in a lovely street with traditional bars but also nice restaurants and cocktails bars. The roof top terrace was great to end the evening with a drink (you can get drinks downstairs until very late). We also rented bikes from the shop next door and you can keep them overnight in the basement of the hotel. The room was small (expected) but fresh looking with glass doors to a French balcony so there was a lot of light. There was a safe and a minibar. Shower had plenty enough water pressure, nice!

Excellent location, friendly staff and great atmosphere. I highly recommend if you want to explore the old city and rest in a quiet place at the same time. The view from the roof top was spectacular.
