Guest houses Overview

Apuntadores 8 has a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. It is situated in Palma de Mallorca’s old quarter, just 50 metres from Plaza de la Reina Square and Paseo del Born Avenue.
Rooms at Apuntadores 8 are designed in a simple style. Some have small balconies overlooking the lively street below.
There is a small café serving breakfast and snacks. Guests can enjoy city and views from the rooftop terrace.
The Apuntadores is within 5 minutes’ walk of Palma’s main attractions, including La Lotja and the Seu Cathedral. There is a bus stop at Plaza de la Reina Square with regular services within the city, to the beaches and the rest of the island. Playa Cala Major Beach is about 10 minutes’ drive away.

This apartment features air conditioning. Please note this room cannot be accessed by elevator . Our newly refurbished and exquisitely decorated rooms, accessible by stairs, are located on the first and third floors of the adjacent historic building. Our Loft is ideal for long stays; it consists of a living room with a table, and sofa bed, and a large bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. The Loft is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, a fridge, a television per room, and a safe. The bathroom has a shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and shower gel. There is the possibility of adding a cot for children under 2 years old (on request and availability).

The location is superb, literally across the road from the Cathedral on a very quiet calle. It's surrounded by great places to eat. You can walk everywhere from here and get a waiting taxi 100 meters away. The hotel is small and personable, the reception staff exceptional and the cleanliness is outstanding. You can pay extra (12 euros) for a good breakfast here or just go out to a coffee and pastry shop close Good WiFi. The rooftop terrace is awesome with breathtaking views.I have attached a photo from the terrace.

The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the city center on narrow pedestrian street, just a few minutes’ walk to the cathedral, port, main square and La Rambla. There are several great restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The room was cozy with modern furniture, the beds were very comfortable, and you can borrow dishes, glasses, and cutlery from the hotel reception for use on the rooftop terrace, which offers a stunning view of the cathedral. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
