Room was decorated very chic. Bed and pillows very comfortable. A little shop at reception where you could get snacks. Staff kindly let me change my dates as I made an accidental booking error.

The pools (heated, salt water and two whirlpools) are wonderful. Very well maintained and in a very pleasant setting. I was surprised by the location as it is just a bit out of town but it happens to be very close to some of the mid-century mansions that Palm Springs is famous for. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

It has this tiki feeling but completely renovated. Nice, big room, comfortable bed. The palm trees in the garden are illuminated…lovely (maybe it is just for christmas period). I loved the jacuzzi in the garden, it is nice warm. They have a colder swimming pool to those who would like to swim a bit.

the lady at the reception was very kind to me.. the name if I'm not mistaken was Luisa something like that and she was very kind to me and the rooms were perfect, beautiful and comfortable.. the pools were spectacular open 24 hours

Grest lady, Lois, at front desk/check in. Openminded and welcoming. Made a room change possible due to a noisy one I got first. Appreciated her support. Interior of rooms is far above average US Motels, lobby and pool area are nice.

Lovely pool area and helpful reception staff. Room and shower all good. Great to offer coffee all day and toaster and microwave for breakfast or snacks.

The staff are wonderful, super helpful, they went the extra mile to make me comfortable and safe. special appreciation to Lynda, thank you so much for helping with the cab to take me to the airport
