Great location to palm cove which is a stunning location . Reception staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for them and great advise for day trips . Accommodation has everything you need for your stay , with plenty of room and very clean . Would definitely stay here again .

The facility was located in a great spot only minutes away from the beach, yet in a quiet and private part of palm cove. We loved the pool area, which came in handy as the beach was off-limits due to crocodiles and poisonous jellyfish.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sanctuary Palm Cove. The rooms were clean and had great facilities. The pool was easily accessible and we experienced no difficulties with crowding at the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided information on the various activities we were interested in. I highly recommend this property.

A very quiet and calm unit very near the pool. You wouldn't have known that there were pretty fierce winds off the sea as the plantings provided excellent shelter. The pool was awesome. We also appreciated the management allowing us a late check out due to the town being shut down on account of a cycle race.

The rainforest setting with large paper bark and gum trees, wetlands and many birds is amazing. A 25m pool allows for a proper swim. The beach, restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The size of the apartment was as large (139m2) as advertised with a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of stuff to do nearby (Barrier Reef, rainforest, parks...)

From the moment we arrived, the team were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They offered to keep our groceries in the fridge until our rooms were ready. As we arrived earlier than the check in time we were kept updated and they went above and beyond to have the rooms ready for us as soon as they could. We were able to use all the facilities whilst waiting and offered some great suggestions for places to visit and eat during our stay.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was a really good size and it was lovely to be able to open the bi-fold doors on both sides, looking out over the pond.
