Excellent location: located on a quiet street within walking distance of all the sights of Palermo. Newly renovated and modern interior. The room is equipped with everything you need: from a comfortable mattress and a choice of pillows for every taste to a bottle of water. Large plasma TV, air conditioning. High-quality plumbing. Hygiene products and a hairdryer are available. Administrator Fabiana, a beautiful and kind Italian woman, was always in touch, promptly answered any questions. She allowed me to check into the room earlier than the allotted time, as soon as the room was cleaned, and also on the day of departure to leave my suitcase in the living room while I walked around the city. The breakfast is sweet, as is customary in Italy. But at the same time, the croissant was the most delicious I tried in Palermo.

Great location and very convenient for the centre of Palermo. Room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Free WiFi was a welcome bonus. This is very close to some great eating places and a stones throw from the theatre Massimo

Room was small but had everything you needed for a city stay . Clean , host where so accommodating, friendly and the bed was very cosy . The breakfast was lovely.
