Aparna “Charming and Comfortable Old Palazzo feel in the heart of the Old Town”

The property is centrally located in the old town and gives easy access on foot to all the old town sights. The staff are friendly. The inner courtyard restaurant, which can be accessed by lift or a beautiful flight of old palazzo steps, is a charming space and serves a lovely breakfast. I had hoped to use the bar located in the inner courtyard but it never seemed to be open. The rooms are stylish and well equipped.

The photos don't do it justice. Our room was extremely generous. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating when we booked treatments at the spa last minute.

It was right at the centre of Palermo. Good instructions from the hotel to inform about bringing the car in. Valet drop and pick up of the car was very good service. Good breakfast.
