Apartment Overview

Set in the heart of the historical centre of Palermo, Ponticello Apartments offers modern-style apartments with free WiFi and a terrace or 2 balconies. Via Maqueda main street is 50 metres from these apartments.
The apartments are set on each of the 4 floors of the renovated historical building. All come with a flat-screen TV and a fully fitted bathroom with shower, and either a kitchen or a kitchenette, as well as with views of the Church of the Gesù.
At your arrival, you will be given a keycard to enter your apartment. The entire building is provided with CCTV.
Ponticello Apartments are 600 metres from Palermo Cathedral. Palermo Centrale Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Lovely apartment with large terrace. Not far from one of the main shopping streets with plenty of cafes & restaurants near by. Within walking distance to coach & train station. Apartment was very clean & spacious. Entrance was via a lift to third floor which opened into the apartment with a special key which you activated in the lift. The kitchen was well equipped & had everything we needed for a few days stay. There was a nice bathroom/shower. We loved the terrace where you could chill out after a busy day sightseeing. The host was lovely. Very friendly & helpful.

Very good location in the old town, walking distance from historical highlights and restaurants. In the middle of busy nightlife, but quiet. Easy access from bus lane and from central train station. Flat is among historical buildings, but renovated, new and modern enterior, well equipped. Fits for a family with two children. Cristina is very kind and helpful!

Cristina our host was the best host ever. So helpfull, so kind, just wonderful. The location was super central, yet quiet. Everything on walking distance. Cannot recommend enough! Even the taxi driver arranged by her, was great.
