Very heart of the old town. Staff friendly and welcoming even got a text asking for arrival time so they would be ready. Small hotel and very intimate. Definitely will use again if I come back to palermo

We stayed at the Petrosino B&B for two nights. Everything was excellent: the location, attention to detail, services, and thoughtful touches. We were assisted by Ms. Alessia, who was truly professional and knowledgeable about restaurants, clubs, bars, and museums to visit. In short, it’s a beautifully maintained and lovely place. Located in the heart of Palermo, yet quiet. Some balconies overlook Piazza Marina and the Garibaldi Gardens. Highly recommended! Alessia was super efficient and polite. The best. We will return.

Had everything we needed for a short stay in Palermo. We did not spend much time in the room as we did lots of exploring but it was in the perfect position for us to do this. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the square which was lovely to chill out on. The bed linen and all facilities were clean, the staff were extremely friendly, especially the lady who checked us in and out - allowing us to leave our luggage there on departure whilst we explored the city more.

Excellent location! The rooms are at the 3th floor in an old, but romantic house. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Okay, I'll try to be as objective as possible. The hotel's location is excellent. The only advantage of this hotel is its central location in the city. The breakfast is poor, the quantity is small, and it is stingy. It is not justified that the breakfast in a city like Palermo is bad. The receptionist at the hotel asked me why there was extra croissant left over from the breakfast!! This is a very, very strange question. As I mentioned earlier, the hotel is located in an excellent location, but you can find other hotels at this price. The question is, will I return to the same hotel in the future if I return to Palermo? My answer is: "No".
