Our stay at Palermo al Massimo was nothing short of perfect! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Palermo, yet the apartment was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Giuseppe Federico, who welcomed us, was absolutely fantastic! He was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless, with fast internet and thoughtful touches like water in the fridge, snacks, and coffee capsules in the kitchen. There was even a helpful guidebook to Palermo, which made our short visit even more enjoyable. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo.

Excellent location overlooking the piazza and theatre. Spacious, well maintained apartment. Well equipped kitchen which had a few small packets of nibbles and a welcome bottle of wine! The host was responsive and helped us to book taxis from the airport and to the bus station.

Location could not be better. It was exactly as it seems on photos. And Giuseppe was very pleasant and professional at check-in and also in advance when it came to arranging arrival time.

Spot on location, it’s right in the center facing the beautiful Teatro Massimo di Palermo. Easy to access many iconic places by foot and literally by evening the whole street is lit with music, good food etc. What a vibe !

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center, which was perfect as travel expenses were significantly reduced. The room balcony had amazing views of historic sights (Place where The God Father movie was shot) There was also good Air Conditioning and WiFI which was great The room is very spacious, bedroom, living room and equipped kitchen The host is very nice, welcoming, speaks good English and is always ready to help

Elegant and spacious. Perfect location for accessing the sights of Palermo. Marvellous balcony overlooking the square, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. We stayed for 4 nights in the large apartment, which was a bit of an extravagance, but it was really memorable and so worth the extra expense. It would be hard to find a better apartment, or a better location, in Palermo. The owners were helpful with arranging airport transfers, and with some really good restaurant recommendations.

The location is as good as it gets. The apartment is a good size and well equipped. The host was very helpful and there were a number of thoughtful touches like water in the fridge.
