Great location - stunning views. Very nicely designed - modern and super clean and comfortable. Restaurant one floor above our room was excellent too - relaxed fine dining with a roof terrace that would be great in summer. My room (3rd floor corner room) had three large windows and three balconies.

Fabulous apartment directly in front of Teatro Massimo. Check in with Fillipo was easy and the facilities were superb. Cleanliness was perfect. Breakfast in the cafe next door was lovely.

The location was amazing - and it felt like everything in the room was top quality and brand new. Although we were on an impossibly busy square, the sound-proofing was excellent.

Super location to explore the city and walk the streets. Incredible view from the window. Nice rooftop restaurant, especially if seeing off the sunset.

Nice view of the Teatro Massimo, in the centre of the old town, but (thanks to well insulated windows) quiet nights. A good breakfast is served in the café opposite. The view from the roof terrace of the restaurant in the same building is exceptional. The latter is highly recommended and offers fine Sicilian cuisine in a very friendly atmosphere. We can recommend both the hotel and the restaurant without hesitation.

Excellent location near Teatro Massimo. Walking distance to both the historical center and the shopping district of Liberte. Amazing view of Teatro Massimo from the balcony. Bathroom and kitchenette was well equipped.

The location was absolutely brilliant. The apartments are located in the beating heart of Palermo - Piazza Verde and Via Maqueda. Our balcony overlooked Teatre Massimo and the constant buzz of people walking up & down the pedestrianized Via Maqueda was a people-watcher's dream! The daily breakfast at the nearby cafe was excellent.

Great location as close to all the sights. Easy to get taxi’s from the location. Room was clean and quiet and well equipped. Must use the rooftop restaurant during a stay.
