Its an awesome place integrating old rock structures into the hotel. This creates a great modern and at the same time natural feeling. And I would say it has one of the best breakfast rooms on island: Its a rooftop terrace with view over the whole city. And the buffet was the best one we had. Except the all time missing whole wheat bread (German is writing) it is offered best of everything.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located —, just a short walk from the city center. The room was clean and welcoming, with touches like complimentary water and fresh fruit. Breakfast was truly a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options , both food and drinks , and a lovely view to enjoy it with.

Can't really fault the hotel in any way. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the heart of everything, which made it easy to explore and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Palermo. The building itself was full of character, housed in a beautifully restored historic palazzo that effortlessly blended old-world elegance with modern comfort but nestled between rustic buildings and alleyways. The visual aesthetic alone added a special charm to our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and quality that set us up nicely for the day. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Very pretty hotel in an old, renovated building. It’s in the middle of the city yet secluded. The rooms are very comfortable and nice to stay in. The breakfast is good. Best thing about the hotel: the spa. The basement hosts a number if amenities from pool to hammam that I would highly recommend.

I had a pleasant stay with a nice breakfast and a great location for exploring Palermo. However, there were a few downsides. Despite having the windows closed, the noise from the busy streets below was still audible. In winter, the air conditioning only works in heating mode, which made it difficult for us to sleep as we prefer a cooler room, and we couldn’t open the window due to the noise. Additionally, the spa requires an extra payment (55€), which felt overpriced for only 90 minutes of use, so we decided not to use it. On a positive note, the gym was well-equipped and comfortable.

The place is located in a perfect historical area with easy access to the most lively places. Thanks to this accommodation we were able to focus on exploring the best of Palermo, our favourite city in Sicily! The staff were amazing. If you are looking for a place to park your car you can check the free place near the Mosque di Tunisia a Palermo at Vitolo Gran Cancelliere 10.

Hospitality is key word for this place. In city center, easily to find and very helpful with everything. I really recommend. Unfortunately I stayed only one night, but for sure they have a lot of facilities to use it
