We had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Planeta! The two bedroom apartment was huge, spotlessly clean, a great shower and everything we could possibly need. It was lovely to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious olive oil from the Palazzo Planeta estate. It felt like a spa hotel, but at a very reasonable price. There were even bathrobes and slippers! Excellent central neighbourhood with good restaurants, upscale shops and across from a pretty pedestrianised street. Alessia and Alessandro were extremely helpful and sent prompt replies to our questions. We will definitely stay again in our next trip to Palermo!

The apartments was spacious for my family of 4. It has big living room and a long dinning table for the family to have a sit -down dinner. The host , Mariella was responsive, quick in responses and assisted us fast with the sudden electric broke down . Overall experience was good.

A lovely, refurbished, older style apartment with high ceilings and spacious rooms. Great location close to shops, markets, historic buildings, the port and airport bus. Interesting information re wine company and a bottle

We spent 5 days in one apartment and five subsequent days in a different apartment in the same palazzo/block. Both were comfortable and very well equipped. The lift worked well. There is an excellent supermarket across the street and good restaurants and a taxi stance nearby. There is ready access to the host who operated from the same building and is very approachable. All in , thoroughly recommended.

Good location, spacious and clean. Alessia was very easy to communicate in English and provided us with lot of usefull information, she even helped us check in online for the flight next day.

This is a spacious, gracious and beautiful apartment. It has two bathrooms, one with a bath. The beautiful Planeta olive oil soaps and lotion were very much appreciated.

Starting from the hospitality it was excellent, the staff is very communicative and ready to help you in case you need any advices or tips for your trip. The rooms are cery clean and fresh, a little dark for my preferences but very good. The location is very favorable as you have an easy access to many nearby places. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it.
