This is the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed in: beautiful staff, beyond helpful, sorted my appointments, driver and booked my dinner reservation. All so appreciated by a tired solo traveller after many busy weeks . All recommendations were excellent. Shout out to Serena and Siriana who went above and beyond on everything. Nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in the ‘Family’ suite - beautiful, huge, comfortable, welcoming. Grazie mille! Alla prossima x

The location of Palazzo Natoli was so perfect, in the center of everything. The breakfast was one of the best, served beautifully with many choices of dishes. The service was exceptionally friendly and gave good advice about getting around Palermo, thanks to Andreas Russo, especially. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to travelers.

On a return visit, our room was changed as my wife had a bad knee and it was difficult climbing stairs. The location was excellent being in the centre of everything. The breakfasts were good but the staff made our visit exceptional. A big thank you to Alexandra and Andrea.

This beautiful hotel was the nicest place we stayed on our two week trip in Sicily. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. I can't say enough kind things about all the staff for they were all very welcoming . Alessandra really stood out answering our many questions and making a number of very helpful suggestions. She was an amazing host !

We loved our stay in a balcony room and we had everything one could ask for. In particular, everyone of the staff were so friendly, warm and helpful which made the hotel feel very special. Location was perfect too and the beds were comfortable.

A warm welcome was received when we arrived. We had the Garden apartment that was a short distance through narrow alleyways from the main reception area. A private entrance at a gate that entered into a courtyard filled with green pot plants made a safe and secure entry to the door. The interior reflected the charm of Palermo with a spectacular interesting feature in the shower area. We stepped out onto the main street able to walk comfortably with no cars all within the historic centre. We were given a map that marked all that was required for our stay.
