It was clean, friendly and it had big comunal areas in 3 different floors. The team was welcoming and friendly as well. Giuseppe gave me the best recommendations and even write them down in a map that I carried everywhere!

The hostel is very welcoming and has lots of places to chill and meet the other guest, like the bar that also hosts locals and some lovely rooftops with great views. They also had daily evening activities, I really loved the karaoke night! It was going on the first night of my trip and it really set a great start for the rest of my 3 night stay. I met some amazing other travellers, the staff felt like family and the volonteers were great aswell. I stayed in a 6 person woman only dorm, it was very spacious. The bathroom had everything you need. Altough I did find it difficult to set a good temperature in the shower. The location is also just perfect, with ocean views and a good walking distance to the city center but far away enough to avoid the hassle of the city. I really felt at home in Ostello Bello, so a big thank you for making this possible. 10/10 would recommend and I would love to come back as soon as possible. ❤️

it's beautiful and huge hostel in amazing place and with amazing views. I was surprised how many common spaces are inside and how pretty everything is organized. now every new place I am visiting is disappointed

It's an amazing new hostel in town with everything very thematic and well thought of, just like the others I've been on from the same franchise. The staff that was there during my stay was incredible with great smiles and good vibes, always aiming for a social experience and to unite the solo travelers into friend groups. There's a cool terrace also to watch sunsets, do exercise and chill. Kitchen, dining room and chill out room are all very spacious and the bar area too, and very prone to starting to new conversations between strangers.

The common areas were so great, there was a really good vibe and the staff was so nice. The free food in the kitchen was a really cool surprise. The mattresses were really confortable, and everything was new and clean. They also lend locks, which not all hostels do. It was also quite modern, as you would open doors with your phone app. I would totally go back to this place if I come back to Palermo.
