The location is excellent. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable. The suite is in the centre of the city with everything accessible. The train and bus station are a five minute walk. An excellent market is around the corner and restaurants and bars are in the main street.

Yari was very good at communicating. The staff has been fantastically helpful during our stay. The location is just perfect if you want to be close to the historic district and the bars and restaurants. The positive thing is that we were a few minutes from the noise which made the room very quiet for a good night sleep.

Amazing location, only a 100m walk to the busy centre of Palermo but also far enough away so there is no noise. The owners were brilliant allowing us a slightly later check in and also a private shuttle service to the airport early in the morning. Perfect location to stay and enjoy the city.
