Everything was perfect from beginning to end, even before arriving to Palermo. Francesco was super nice, communicative and really helpful without even asking. The room was lovely, clean, perfectly located in the city center and it definitely exceeded our expectations - it felt like home just for a few days! There was a bottle of wine and a little gift waiting for us when we arrived, which was very much appreciated. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!

A perfect stay in a perfect apartment near Palermo’s top attractions. Close to trendy Via Maqueda, opera house, Duomo, famous Ballarò market, train to beautiful Cefalù and bus to Mondello beach. Our charming young host and entrepreneur Francesco couldn't be more helpful. Our second time to stay here and looking forward to the next.

Communication & welcome from the host was excellent. Room was clean with good air con. Great use of a small space. Lovely to have locally produced toileteries, water & coffee ready for us. Comfy bed! Perfect location for exploring the old town, and lovely eating places right outside.

What can I say for this amazing room! One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed. Very cozy and super clean. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is better than my own house. Well equipted, with a big fridge, oven, microwave and even a dishwasher machine. But the biggest advantage of this accommodation is the great location! It's just at the heart of the city centre, right next to the most centric road of the historic center and all the shops, restaurants and bars. Our host Francesco was very responsive and lovely, and the self-checkin is super convenient.

Lovely appartment in the middle of the center! The hotspots from Palermo were just 5 minutes walking. Everything was really clean and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a nice extra. The host was very kind and we could easily park in front of the appartment for €8 per day! This is managed by a parking manager, who ensures that you always have a spot. Would recommend it.
