Excellent location - there is the train station 5 minutes away which takes you straight to the airport, and the place is just outside the old part of town. It's 25 minutes walk to the coast. Rooms have everything you need, air conditioning, coffee machine, kettle, some snacks and water. Alba is a great host and takes time to send you restaurant recommendations and places to visit. Highly recommend!

The room was very comfortable, clean & spacious. Alba was really welcoming and helpful with the information she gave us. The location is great with easy access to the train station.

We were greeted by Alba who was fun, always had a smile upon her face, helpful with lots of information of where to eat and what to see. Our room was spacious and clean with good WiFi connection. The property is only a 4 minute walk to the main street going through the old town.

The location is excellent: really close to the old town centre, but not on a main street so not too noisy/busy. The host was very helpful and friendly and provided lots of information on places to visit in Palermo.

we appreciated how welcoming our host was. She gave us a list of recommendations for food and activities. :) also, we got the room at the upper level which had a small roof top

Ideal location. Beautiful room and very clean, with an authentic exterior. Delicious cheap food that the locals eat on your door step.

Very warm welcome from Alba, who gave us a map with recommendations of places to visit and eat. The room and bathroom were huge and bright. The location was perfect, very close to the historic centre and to some lovely local eateries and bakeries. We were able to walk amost everywhere and even come back to the room easily to relax. It's been a pleasure!
