Excellent location, and the staff are lovely and helpful all the time. The check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated. Good bathroom and a lovely balcony.

Breakfast was included at a nearby Cafe! Italian coffee is excellent in general so that was great! We were in the middle of the old town and easy to access by foot all the locations nearby. The host provided us with all the details needed for our stay, including how to pay the ZTL in that area as we rented the car.

It was in a location comfortable walking distance to attractions and train station. The room was private and comfortable and very clean. Staff provided excellent suggestions of places to visit (including a map). Breakfast was served at a nice cafe nearby (I recommend the Kropfe).

Location was great. I felt safe walking around, as there are a lot of sketchy areas in Palermo. Breakfast was good also. The room felt clean and it had everything we needed.

Honestly, I didn’t expect the room and bathroom to be as lovely and clean as they were, and the attention to detail was spot-on - we got little toiletries each day of our stay which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay - the staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were great.
