The stuff was friendly and due to the fact I booked the room a few months ago, I didn`t pay for the parking (this what it was told to me at the reception of the hotel)

Free parking, superb location directly at the port (we were travelling by ferry), very good sound isolation regarding the busy road in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, with lots of variety, some local items, good espresso and capuccino. Large room, good for families, comfy beds. Vibrant neighbourhood with cafes snd restaurants, walking distance to centre.

3 rooms booked for proximity to MSC Cruise port. Even better than expected (6minutes to Port Gate). Easy access to City Centre (10mins) and 20mins to Old City. Staff exceptional - couldn't have been more helpful (good English). Room décor basic but spacious and impeccably clean. Lounge really spacious and comfortable with good views of Port while we waited for embarkation. Breakfast excellent with goof variety of food (hot & cold) in top floor panoramic restaurant. Used it for another 1 night stay on return from Cruise. Would definitely recommend!

It was very handy to get to, and within a short walking distance to the centre. The staff were lovely, so kind and helpful! The food was good, and the breakfast was fab! We enjoyed it every morning! We will be sure to come back again! We had a late flight and the staff allowed us to leave our suitcases at the hotel for pick-up later on. There’s also a 24/7 bar with some snacks and drinks operated by the reception.

From staff to cleanless, everything was great! I recommend this hotel to people who loves Palermo :) The bih advantage was parking of hotel :)

Excellent service by the staff, especially at reception. The Internet connection was not as was expected. Usually the connection indicated "connected without internet". Soap, tissues and toilet paper were "rationalised" .
