The hotel was very close to the city centre, but on a side street and so it was surprisingly quiet. The windows had great sound isolation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good value for money.

The location is very good, close enough to walk to some of the main sights and near a bus route and plenty of eating options. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Relatively nice position - with nice people trying to be helpful. Rooms are very clean by Palermo standards. One of the rooms was large and really nice - although the other one was very small and had nowhere near the same level of comfort. Good pressure and nice hot water in shower a big plus!

Location is very good. Mid-point of the old town and the modern center of Palermo. Nice restaurants, cafes nearby. The room was spacious.

I felt great,was in an excellent location,center and safety!totally recommended. Reception staff effectively and nice. Rooms clean&classic. I was located in Van Gogh suite,amazing pictures(replica of it)
