It was a good stay in this hotel. WiFi was on high speed, room was clean. The personel was very helpful and nice. Location is perfect for walking around the city on foot. Breakfast was also tasty, it was something sweet but not only, You could make a sandwich also. It was a really good stay for me

Very close to the center especially to theatre Massimo, everything at your fingertips, in a quite street with limited traffic, in a quiet area, cleaning and kindness of staff. The price reflects the category it belongs it to.

Big city hotels can be hit and miss when it comes to quality, but for such a busy town, hotel is very well insulated from noise. Was backpacking for 2 weeks in Sicily, and this was marvelous, great choices for breakfast and easy check-in with flexible times. Also very well located for walking tour through the old historic town, including markets etc.

The staff were very accommodating to my needs. They stored my 4 suitcases from 9am and even held my cassata in their fridge till the next day. Breakfast was a very nice spread and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was!

Amazing location in Palermo, very close to the city center but this doesn’t mean that it’s loud. Spacey room and very nice personnel. Offered gluten free options for breakfast!

It’s more a 4 than a 3 star. Very comfortable and clean. Large bathroom and bedroom Large shower perfectly working Comfy bed Good breakfast with many alternatives
