Location is good, within walking distance to both the sightseeing area as well as to the port. The staff is helpful with my requests to send extra water/coffee and provided me with the info on the airport shuttle, which is not reflected through Google Map. The room I booked is small but clean, with boutique interior. The shower is nice with strong water.

The staff were so accommodating, especially with my husband who uses a wheelchair. Salvo and the other porter were excellent, Wim and all the front desk staff were awesome and the Barman was lovely. David and the breakfast staff were so helpful.
