Perfect location, right in the centre of the old city, while also quiet and peaceful. The bus from the airport has a stop a short distance from the hotel. The hotel has an old-world charm and decor, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

We spent the first couple of days in Palermo at the Eurostars Centrale Palace Hotel,, to settle in and enjoy the feeling of luxury. It is located just meters from the main historic pedestrian intersection.

We appreciated the fast allocatrion of a different, far more acceptable room after our negative reaction to the room initially offered, where we spent the first of our five nights. Courtious and kindly staff. Good breakfast.

The location is great, and the room was cozy and spacious enough for 2. The hotel is very clean and bang in the center of Palermo. Breakfast options were quite a lot as well. Staff was also very helpful with giving us ideas on sight seeing.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Palermo and is close to many main and important sites. Quattro Canti and Fontana Pretoria are the nearest. The Cathedral of Palermo is also a few 100m away , in the same street. We were in Palermo very near to the feast of Santa Rosalia and the street (Via Vittorio Emanuele) was decorated with lights for the feast and the atmosphere at night in the area, was exceptional. I recommend the hotel not just for the location but mostly for the excellent staff at the reception who were always ready to answer any questions and help us in any queries we had. Also, the breakfast was great and I definitely recommend trying their Sicilian cannoli with a coffee or capuccino. They are just delicious!
