The 3 level roof terrace has lovely views that we did not use very much because we were travelling during a cooler period. We used the breakfast room which was comfortable and well organized. Lots of food offered for breakfast even lactose free yogourt and milk alternatives. The shower was good, bed comfortable, and plenty of towels. The robes and USB charging ports next to the bed are a nice touch. Our host was easy to communicate with and pleasant. The location is perfect, close to all the sights, restaurants, and bars but still quiet to sleep at night. The elevator to reach our room on the 3rd floor worked well. Because of the uniqueness of this property we had 4 keys (one is for the elevator) and multiple doors to access our room. This was a small inconvenience considering we were staying in a historic building. The shining star of Dimora Sinibaldi is Franca who looks after breakfast and does some other duties. Franca is exceptionally kind, cheerful, helpful, and it was a pleasure to see her every morning.

Perfect location in the heart of Palermo with a lot of buzzing bars and great restaurants nearby. Our room was absolutely lovely and the views from terrace on the same floor over the roofs of the city are just amazing. The host is a wonderful person and provided us with great recommendations for Palermo that were all on the point. We enjoyed the warmth of their family-like service - which also includes a tasty breakfast - to the fullest. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

WE STAYED 3 NIGHTS. THE ROOM IS CLEAN AND ALL THE AMENITIES WERE NEW. THE TOWELS WERE SMELING LIKE AT HOME... CLEAN AND FRESH!!! THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! THE BREAKFAST ROOM AND THE QUANTITY OF THE PRODUCTS WERE AS MUCH AS A TRAVELER NEED THE ROOM IS SAFE AND QUIET AND ONLY 3 MINUTES BY WALK TO THE MAIN HOTSPOTS OF PALERMO!! I HOPE TO COME AGAIN !! WE THANK YOU!

Fantastic location, really cute bars just minutes walk away, near to big supermarket, quiet but in the centre of a cool area, very comfy bed, secure building, great value for money imo
