The Owner was really nice, he came outside of the hotel to greet me and show me the way, because I could not find the place on the street. He explained me the facilities and gave a me a lot of tips for Palermo. I used all his tips. The hotel is very central and my room and external toilet was very very comfortable! I definitely sugggest this hotel to everyone coming to Palermo!

Guido was available to welcome us and give us a rundown on the facility. On how to go out and about in Palermo. All tourists attractions were within 5-14mins walking distance.
