We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is situated in a newer part of Palermo, just a short walk from Teatro Massimo, and in what I would say is the most beautiful street in the city. The street is full of great restaurants, cafés, and pastry shops, and there’s also a wonderful little shop nearby. The only minor issue was that we didn’t initially know which floor the apartment was on, but communication was quick and smooth, so it was resolved without any problems. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Great location, close to Via Maqueda and Teatro Massimo, we took the bus from Palermo airport which drops off a 5 minute walk away. Lovely clean room, beautiful bathroom, staff were very helpful! Would stay again - brilliant value for money!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing owner. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place—would definitely stay here again!

I liked absolutely everything, it was very bright and clean room, in a very good location. Simona was very kind, she welcomed us, we used a convenient parking, literally a minute from the B&B. We had a bottle of prosecco in the room, which to my great regret, I couldn't try it right then.

Excellent location. Very clean comfortable room. Rooms look at a pedestrian only street but they are also well sound insulated. Most important points of interest within 15-20 min walk maximum. Excellent restaurants and night life 10-15 min walk. Owner and staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Alfredo and his personal our staying was amazing . Alfredo welcomed us very friendly! Hotel very clean and hygienic. Very nice designed room with new furniture . Bathroom is great like on the picture . The area very central. We reached everything by feet. Very safe and cozy neighborhood . Clean streets and a lot of nice cafes. Aeroport easy to reach with a bus and train. I am very satisfied and would book this hotel again for my next stay in Palermo .

Alfredo was a wonderful host. He is very attentive to any of your needs and has great communication. The room is exactly what you need if you want to be directly in the historic downtown of Palermo. It is walking distance to anywhere you need to go. The cafes and restaurants directly outside of the hotel are poppin once the sun goes down. The room is cozy and comfortable, and has an AC. The WiFi was perfect. Overall it was perfect for what we needed.
