Location was amazing, right off the via Roma. The suites are all different, but the one I was in was fabulous, very spacious comfortable and made for a fantastic stay in Palermo as it was so central. Checkin was seamless and informative and arranged for my expected arrival time. Facilities including a coffee machine, biscoti, and fruit was a fantastic touch. Would definitely stay here again. Michele and the team were brililant hosts.

Fabulous huge room in a quite street. Tea, coffee, homemade biscuits and fruit in the common area a fantastic bonus. Really felt looked after. Also lots of info about where to visit and where to eat.

The location was brilliant right in the middle of town. Nice Friendly host who helped with recommendations for coffee, restaurants etc. Clean rooms and public areas. Coffee machine in entrance. Great stay.

Everything! Location was PERFECT! Michele was a welcoming host and offered many great restaurant recommendations. There was an espresso machine just outside our room, with fresh sesame biscotti and fruit. The room was not just beautiful and immaculately clean, but very spacious too. There were luggage racks, a mini bar, all the bathroom amenities provided, and even slippers. And then there was the bed...it was the most comfortable bed we slept in on all our travels in Europe!!! We used Bellaroto's private car service for transportation from the airport and to our next destination and couldn't have been happier with our drivers Giacomo and Fabio. I highly recommend booking the transportation through Bellaroto. Palermo is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back and will stay at Bellaroto again without a doubt!

The property is set in a lovely courtyard, the property itself is modern and very clean / and location superb, central to Palermo. The property is a 10 minute walk to the railway station which we used to travel to Cefalu for the day and also to the airport for our departure.
