Nice, comfortable B&B Room in 5th floor on the main restaurant street, walking to main attractions in 10-20 mins. Modern bathroom with big shower and everything you need. Small optional content breakfast to be choosen on arrival.

Second visit to B&B Vivere Palermo. Location is excellent, we had 2 lovely rooms - very clean, both with balconies - overlooking a busy street with lots of bars & restaurants. However, the rooms are on the 5th floor so no noise disturbance at all. There is a lift so 5th floor is not an issue. Breakfast was lovely & delivered to our room so we could eat on the balcony whilst enjoying the morning sunshine. Claudio was very friendly & helpful - and he arranged convenient parking 7-8 minutes walk away (chargeable). We enjoyed our stay & wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Palermo!

Claudio was very helpful always giving me tips of how to find tourist attractions. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfy! The air con super quiet and the balcony was fantastic! A place to go back to!

Our stay at this property was great! Location is perfect, the apartment is newly renovated and comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast on the balcony. Accomodation is top quality and Claudio is an amazing host! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast was excellent. Served in the room/terrace. Location cannot be better right in a pedestrian zone in the historical centre. Obviously, forget getting there by car; I parked my car in an underground car park (Orlando - EUR13/day) and walked 15 mins to the B&B. Didn't need the car for 3 days as all sites are easily accessible on foot.

The big bathroom, lots a space to hang and put things. The location! Even though it was noisy on the street, the walls and doors could cancel out the noice. The big balcony. The fresh croissant at breakfast (but only on weekdays apparently!).
