Everything! it was one of the best places i have ever stayed before. Massimo and Alessio were great and perfect staff who made our stay really warm comfortable and local. Everything was perfect and felt like it was our own home. Amazing location and super central, beautiful room. Definitely the staff was the best with good recommendations to visit. No doubt about it, if we come back to Palermo this is our trusted place.

The stay was amazing. It was in a perfect location, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked the staff and the breakfast was wonderful. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful central location in a very old building - really atmospheric. Loved the air con and the pretty white bedroom, super comfy bed and sheets etc, and an absolutely delicious breakfast. Such a lovely host - so enthusiastic and helpful with ideas of what to do / what not to miss in our one and only day. Lovely to meet someone who is so passionate and proud of his beautiful country and Palermo itself - his love for the city was really infectious. The room was spacious and airy, with a loads of space and a pretty balcony. Central but very quiet. We walked with cases with ease from the train station to the apartment (5 mins easy stroll). Clean private bathroom and great shower. Plenty of bathroom towels too - much appreciated.

It was a pleasure to spend one week at the B&B in Gallidoro. It was cozy and clean, the breakfast was very tasty. Many thanks to Massimo for his kindness and hospitality. I definitely want to return to this place.

The location is fantastic, in the main road of the historic centre. The room is spacious and comfortable, also super clean. The hosts were welcoming and super helpful in everything we needed during our stay. Really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and the B&B had a very homely feel. Overall very good value for money.

Chiara, Massimo and Alessio were extremely kind to me and my husband! The helped us getting our car parked and also the daily car ticket for driving around (all the city residents and tourists must pay this car ticket which is €5 per day). The breakfast was delicious and the the room was great.

Lovely B&B in the centre of Palermo, which is optimal for exploring the city. Check-in was straightforward with the instructions sent to us when we arrived. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and well-equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning and enough storage space for luggage etc. The bathroom was clean and suited all our needs - though it is across the breakfast area (maybe not ideal but we knew that beforehand). Breakfast was good and we received some welcome information about things to see in Palermo from the lovely hosts. All in all a very nice stay!

Location- is the best for people who wants to see and explore Palermo. The famous Landmarks, Party places and Shopping Centers. When you are planning to go the Provinces near Palermo, the Train station is just near the property. Room- very clean, smells good, very well maintained and complete with Heater and Aircondition. Food - Top!!!! Owners - very accomodating and they respond to all your needs. If you are a first timer, they will guide and show it to you where to go! The best place to be!

Not sure quite how to leave a review as I'd booked to stay at B&B Gallidoro but was last minute moved to B&B Ponticello. The reason given was lack of hot water on the premises. I took that explanation in good faith but on walking past B&B Gallidoro the few days we were in Palermo it looked busy. I wonder if this is typical for the hotel to 'bump' guests to their sister hotel? B&B Ponticello was nice. It's close to the old town and very clean. The breakfast was functional and the bed very comfortable.
