cosy, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Palermo! recommend it to co-travellers . Location: Fantastic! Just a stone's throw away from Palermo Centrale station, yet it offers a quiet and peaceful environment—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and easy walk to the old town . Shopping: Very convenient! A Lidl supermarket on Via Roma is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there’s also a Turkish shop nearby with well-priced food and friendly staff—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. Room: Spacious with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The daily cleaning service and fresh towels (both bath and hand) added a nice touch of comfort and cleanliness. Bed: Big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Staff: The place seems like a family-run business, and the gentleman (possibly the host) was very nice and welcoming, Breakfast: Basic and simple, but the fresh baked croissants every morning were a delightful highlight.

Very smooth check in, Franco was really nice and gave us great advice. The property is very well located. The room is spacious and comfortable. The shower is quite powerful. The breakfast is fine too. It's easy to park the car on the street for free, right outside the door of the building. DO go for dinner at Al Sorriso, 2 doors down: it's EXCELLENT family homemade food, and the young staff is efficient and very friendly (so are the guys in the kitchen). All in all, a great stay in Palermo! Thank you!

The price was goooood!!!! The location was perfect. There was even a lift in the building. the restaurant downstairs was marvelous. Parking was free in the street and the city view from the window was interesting.

The location, the size of the room and the possibility to leave the baggages there before and after check in/out are great advantages, especially for cases when you have to take the train before or after your stay. The breakfast is Italian with just sweets but it's swedish buffet which makes it better than in other B&Bs

I had a very good time staying there. Room was big, spacious and clean. Airco was working. Personal was very nice and friendly . Even through there is a language barrier we managed to communicate through translator. Even let me leave my luggage for a day when I was going to visit Favignana. Location is next to central station and not far from the center. Breakfast was good)
