The room was nice but not what we had booked. When we arrived the room was changed to another in a different building which was 5 minutes away from the original room due to a problem (we were not given specifics) Everything was clean. Communication was ok

For you price and performance, it is the best option. Location is very central and easy to reach everywhere. The staff were incredibly helping and smiling. Their breakfast is well-prepared. Many thanks for their hospitality. Everywhere was clean and the personnel was really interested in the people they were hosting.

Great breakfast, perfect location for exploring Palermo, parking 5 minutes from the hotel - paid EUR 14/24 h - I recommend parking in the area is almost impossible. Nice owner - before we reached the parking lot he was already waiting for us at the entrance gate. Private bathroom (not in the room). Not far away there is a bazaar with fish, vegetables and souvenirs. We visited Palermo on foot - because it was close to everything. We only drove to the Capuchin catacombs.

The staff is very kind and helpfull, even for specific needs. We felt as if staying at friends' house. The breakfast was ok for Italy, though we would appreciate also some cooked (warm) food. We liked the jacuzzi bath in the room, it was very relaxing in the evening. The hotel is only 10 min walk from the center and 300m from the local market, where you can buy different Sicilian specialties.

Located next to the "Teatro Massimo" staff were exceptional, contacting me before my arrival for more than once, Once I arrived with a delay of 2 hours, they really did there best to help me with issues I had with the car (As I past through a storm and broke some mechanical part, car fixed in 4 hours) not sure about the English as we spoke to them in Italian, but it seems that they understood the kid that does not know his Italian yet. Breakfast was lovely and what was nice in the area that though it was right in the center and with a very dense volume of tourists, the prices are very low!! Will surely visit again, when in area. Thanks once again!!!

The breakfast is so good and loved the coffee. We have a room with balcony , for me its a must to see the streets and walking distance to almost all the top attraction of the city.

The host, Francessco, is very kind and helpful. Also, the location is very good. It is near the centre and has a parking nearby. Everything was clean.
