Absolutely perfect location, central for every sightseeing trip around the town with views of the Opera House (see Godfather 3). The owners are wonderful and very helpful - ask for anything and they will help - including home baked cakes! This is an old antique (listed) building with huge rooms and painted ceiling you would expect to see in a local church. If you want “modern amenities" and room service, stay at the Hilton! If you want to stay in an historic Palermo apartment with huge rooms and all its quirks stay here - wonderful place.

This apartment was a truly unique experience, in the heart of Palermo opposite the Opera House. It is a beautiful traditional space with wonderful views out onto the Opera House and the bustle below. The owner was nearby and very helpful in settling in.

The place is beautiful. This is what I imagine when I think of Italian palazzo interiors. The ceilings and the floors are stunning and very well kept. The view is unbelievable and Gabriella was always ready to help.

Amazing apartment with a fantastic view and amazing decor. There are about 60 steps to the apartment but don’t let this put you off.

Beautiful character-full property full of antiques and original features - go there for the character not the modern facilities. Very helpful and friendly owner available for any questions and assistance at any time. Very spacious apartment with stunning views of Teatro Massimo.

Have been to many places, Gabriella is by far the best hostess! friendly and very helpful. The house takes you back in time, large, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essentials for guests. The attention to every small detail is exceptional. Located in the most central spot one could ask for when exploring the city!

The apartment was in a fantastic location with stunning views over the theatre. Beautiful, old house with original features. The room was comfortable and everything g was clean. Gabriella greeted us at check in and made everything easy. We had our own private balcony and a shared balcony with another room. The kitchen facilities were good with a large fridge and water and some breakfast items were provided for us. We had an enjoyable stay exploring Palermo from our central base.
