Room and ensuite shower room very spacious and clean. Big comfortable bed, small desk, sofa, kettle, tea making facilities, small fridge and silent air conditioning. Glass doors and shutters that open to two balconies. Alfonso the host kindly made check in swift and easy and provided the most precious recommendations of places to visit in Palermo. Breakfast was delicious, carefully selected and very generous. Best cappuccino!

Very good Italian breakfast. Lots of fresh organic fruit, lovely Italian pastries, coffee, juice etc

Alfonso was a magnificent host! Close to everything. Soundproof windows. Large bathroom. Tea making facilities & a fridge ❤️

What a lovely room ! beautifully renovated in an old palace, in one of the main streets of Palermo. However it was quiet at night. The owner was really nice and gave us so many great advices on where to go. Breakfast was really good with only fresh products of the area. The location is great, central and within about 15 min walk to some of the main points of interest. Do not hesitate to book.

Alfonso, the host, was really great and looked after us exceptionally well. The hotel was central and within the historic centre. The street food markets were on the doorstep and some very good restaurants close by. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the rest of this small stylish hotel. We would definitely highly recommend it.

Laura was there to greet us when we arrived and explain the set up. Very happy that we were handed keys, unlike some accommodation, where keys were located elsewhere, complicating matters. The size of the bedroom was quite large. A very pleasant surprise. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants, The accommodation is well secured. Very generous selection of pastries, cereal, yoghurt and fruit also offered. Hot drinks of choice - we had cappuccino and Alfonso offered to prepare more if we were to ask for another.

Set in a wonderful palazzo through a secret door and courtyard, you’ll find Ai Tre Mercati - clean, welcoming, large rooms, excellent bathroom and a perfect host in Alfonso, who couldn’t do enough to make my stay great. As I had to leave before breakfast, Alfonso made sure I had two whole trays of pastries and savouries ready for the next morning. He also put all of the places he thought I would want to see into my phone on Google maps, making exploring easy. Only a few minutes walk from the train station too.

The food was exceptional, the location is an easy walk to/from the station and is great for exploring the historic centre and local markets.
