There was no kitchen available, but constant hot and cold water for making tea. The room had air conditioning when the big ceiling fan would have sufficed, but no complaint! The receptionist gave me useful information for the Colectivo, which was much less expensive and more convenient than the bus to Villahermosa.

The room was comfortable and clean. staff were really helpful and accommodating. They held our bags after check out until late at night and they gave us good tips about places to visit in the area. Definitely recommended.

Airconditioning, TV, very clean with room cleans offered daily, very good location, has a nice smoking area, stable hot water supply, very nice staff. We stayed a total of five nights at last.

The location was just perfect right in the middle of the center and next to many restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was very friendly and we could even check-in very early which was a huge bonus for us. Also, they had fresh cold water in the hotel lobby which was very nice.
