Hotel Overview

Located on the upper part of Palau, 4-star Hotel Palau has far-reaching views of the Maddalena Island, Caprera and the other islands of the archipelago. It offers elegant air-conditioned rooms, restaurant and 2 pools.
Rooms are complete with a satellite TV, minibar and fully equipped private bathroom. A buffet breakfast is served each morning while Mediterranean and regional specialities can be sampled in the restaurant.
Just a short walk separates it from the Port and Marina, one of the most beautiful of Sardinia, where you can enjoy enchanting views over the surrounding islands. The hotel is also located just 600 metres from the beach and offers a free shuttle to and from it every day.

The location was beautiful, a bit of a walk but the views were stunning and it was close to a supermarket. The room was large and we had complementary fruit and champagne on arrival. We had breakfast and dinner each night, dinner was 4 courses and a different menu each time! We were some of the last guests to stay before end of season so it was very quiet but the staff still made a great effort to help us have a nice stay. They were all very helpful.

The food at the restaurant was totally amazingly tasty. Apart from that, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We even received a welcoming bottle of prosecco upon arrival that waited for us in a Cooler in the Room- This nicely surprised us. The stuff was very helpful and gave us all the information and support we needed.

Resort was very quiet with availability by the pool and comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The availability of sun beds on the nearby beach was an added bonus. The cocktail night for all guests was a lovely touch.

Great hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful, we felt very welcomed from the first minute there. Great breakfast options, nice aperitif by the pool offered by the hotel, junior suite was comfortable. Location is quiet, view on the islands is great.

The staff could not be more helpful. The restaurant staff were especially helpful, friendly and took the time to chat. Complimentary wine on arrival, welcome massage and free use of private beach. Lovely pool and a fantastic room with beautiful views out to sea. Great choice at breakfast
